CREATE A PROJECT PLAN
Provide a timeline within your presentation to show executives that you have a clear plan for success.
What to include:
- Start with the end date or launch date- then work your way backward to the start date. This will let you know how much time you have from start to finish.
- List the major milestones: the milestone should be the major steps that you will need to achieve in order to launch your idea. Each

- Time Estimate:
- With each action, estimate how long it will take and the steps needed to achieve it.
- Place each action into a timeline based on the allotted time provided.

- Task 1: Create the criteria for accounts
- Task 2: Send criteria and request to the BA's etc.
